Investigators reportedly sought links between Australia's 'Mr. Cruel' and the Golden State Killer American law enforcement have reportedly reached out to police in Australia to determine if California's still-uncaught Golden State Killer may have moved abroad, becoming the infamous "Mr. Cruel." The Golden State Killer — sometimes known as the East Area Rapist or the Original Night Stalker — murdered at least 12 people and raped, at minimum, 45 women between 1976-86. There were victims in Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, Sacramento, Yolo, Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. After a prolific spree, he disappeared in 1986. Thanks in part to investigating done by true crime writer Michelle McNamara, the California cold case has become increasingly warm. Matt Barnes congratulates former nemesis Derek Fisher on engagement to his ex-wife When news emerged Tuesday that Derek Fisher had gotten engaged to the ex-wife of Matt Barnes, the latter might have been expected to react on social media. Sure enough Barnes did, but instead of using Instagram to throw some shade at Fisher, as he has done in the past, he offered  congratulations . Barnes noted that he has “two beautiful boys” from his ex-wife, Gloria Govan, and that they are focusing on “co-parenting” and “providing the best atmosphere & childhood” for the children. Hank Azaria dropped by the Late Show on Tuesday night to promote the new season of his IFC comedy Brockmire, and also address the recent controversy surrounding one of the characters he voices on  The Simpsons , Apu Nahasapeemapetilon.  The character, an Indian immigrant who runs Springfield's local convenient store, was the subject of the recent documentary,  The Problem With Apu,  which criticized Azaria's voice portrayal as portraying a stereotype. आसाराम बापू बलात्कारीच ; जोधपूर न्यायालयाचा फैसला जोधपूर:   लैंगिक अत्याचार प्रकरणी पोलीस कोठडीची हवा खात असलेला स्वयंघोषित अध्यात्मिक गुरू आसाराम बापूसह तीनजणांना दोषी ठरविण्यात आलं असून दोन जणांची निर्दोष मुक्तता करण्यात आली आहे. जोधपूर न्यायालयाचे न्यायाधीश मधुसुदन शर्मा यांनी हा निर्णय दिला. दरम्यान, आजच आसारामच्या शिक्षेवर फैसला होणार असून त्याकडे संपूर्ण देशाचं लक्ष लागलं आहे.  आसाराम बापूच्या शिक्षेनंतर कोणतीही हिंसा भडकू नये म्हणून राजस्थानसह तीन राज्यांत अॅलर्ट जारी करण्यात आला होता. विशेष म्हणजे जोधपूर मध्यवर्ती कारागृहाच्या कोर्टातच आसाराम बापूच्या शिक्षेवर सुनावणी करण्यात आली. यावेळी आसारामसह त्याचे सहकारी शिल्पी आणि शरद यांना दोषी ठरवण्यात आलं असून शिवा आणि प्रकाश या दोघांची निर्दोष मुक्तता करण्यात आली आहे. आसारामच्या शिक्षेवर न्यायालयात युक्तीवाद सुरू असल्यानं त्याला आजच शिक्षा सुनावली जाणार असल्याचं सांगण्यात येतं. दरम्यान, न्यायालयाच्या निर्णयाचा आम्ही सन्मान करतो. निकालपत्र वाचल्यानंतर विधीज्ञांचा सल्ला घेऊनच पुढचा निर्णय घेणार असल्याचं आसारामच्या आश्रमा
